NEED to KNOW
How should I prepare?
You want to be able to fully let yourself go and be free of all life’s blaas. Preparing for a massage will enhance your experience and maximize its benefits.
QUICK TIPS!:
TIMING MATTERS
Empty or Lightly Filled Stomach: It’s best to receive a massage on an empty or lightly filled stomach. Waiting at least one to two hours after a meal allows for optimal digestion and comfort during the session.
Avoid Heavy Meals: Heavy meals right before a massage can hinder digestion and impede relaxation. Instead, opt for light snacks or herbal teas several hours beforehand.
Hydrate:
Stay hydrated! Proper hydration supports overall well-being and helps your muscles respond better to massage.
Bathroom Break:
Visit the restroom before your massage to avoid interruptions during the treatment, but it’s fine to take a break if you drank to much water lol
Mindful Breathing:
Practice deep breathing techniques during the massage. It enhances relaxation and aids digestion. Breathe deeply and let go of any tension.

Yes! I rent many private spaces, studios, shared creative spaces, these are all around the world, just let me know what area and I’ll share the location.
Deposits & Refunds
Deposits
A $50 investment per reservation is required and non refundable BUT transferable once if you need to reschedule, which would require another deposit for the New appointment date.
Refunds
Same day cancellations are mostly non refundable, but I’ll work with you if it’s understandably necessary or if we need to change the time around in that same day.
Happy Endings? Lol, asking for a friend.
Yes! Kidding, no, I keep it Flowsessional lol, this is experience similar to a beautiful dance, you’ll feel it and understand after we get to sync up.
What makes you different from a RMT?
Having the natural ability, deep passion and understanding of the body’s muscle paths and how energy flows(Sen Lines), syncing to your breath to my techniques creating an experience truly unique for you, your body and mind
My style both Eastern and Western, originally from Toronto Canada, moved to Thailand to study and train martial arts, explore Yoga, Breath Work, Meditation…etc. Been inBC Vancouver for 7 years now with an array of techniques that flow through me.
⭐What makes me special is the unteachable touch and gentle’esque flow state that I activate to feel & heal your mind and body while I am in tune with you to move energy, muscle and all else that’s needs recalibrating with the touch of “love”, like a good cook!
If I love my gift and you love it, it’s all love that creates a powerful connection similar to dance or singing in harmony with someone…Magical✨
